- A
non-refundable registration fee is due and payable at the
time of registration. This guarantees your child a spot in class.
- I
have read the registration information.
- I
will have my fees and ALL post-dated cheques into the office on
or before the deadline of September 30th or agree to pay a $20
late fee.
- Fees
are assessed on a yearly basis, broken down into 3 payments. These
fees will include 36 classes per year including instructional
time, rehearsals, teachers time at competitions and picture day.
Students will not be considered registered unless all payments
have been received.
- Fees
are due the first of each term
(Term 1 - Sept 1 / Term 2 - Jan 1 / Term 3 - April 1).
- Written
notice submitted to the office is required to withdraw from any
class, otherwise billing to your account will continue. If notification
is not received one clear calendar month before the end of a term,
next terms fees will be billed and processed. These fees will
not be refundable. Example: if notice is given in the middle of
December, your next month's cheque will be processed, and you
will only be refunded for Feb & Mar. If you decide to withdraw
in the middle of a term, fees will not be refunded for the remainder
of that term. If you cancel before the first class in September,
you will be required to pay September fees as cancellation fee.
- Since
class costuming is ordered early, a non-refundable costume fee
will be collected on December 1st:
- Under
5 years of age = $60
- 6-10
years of age = $70
- 11
& Over = $80
(This
is a deposit only. Sometimes the cost will be above this, but
parents will be contacted first).
Dancers
will be responsible for the cost in full of all costumes ordered
on their behalf. The costume is yours to keep.
- Notice
to parents for students involved in competitions and festivals
are issued in November and applicable fees are invoiced. Once
a dancer has been entered in a competition or festival, they are
responsible for the cost of their entry fee. Entries are submitted
and paid for on your behalf in November. Entry fees not paid by
the deadline set on the invoice are subject to a 10% late fee.
- Riverbend
Dance pays many fees in advance for students, such as entry fees
and costuming. We ask that you ensure that your account is paid
up to date. Costumes will only be given out to students if their
account is paid up to date.
- There
will be a $15.00 service charge on NSF cheques.
Please
Note: There are no refunds for missed classes or hoildays taken
by a student during the scheduled dance term, however, students
do have the option of taking another class at the same level if
offered up to December. After this time, dances for groups have
begun and we do not recommend taking another class. Classes will
be held on ALL holiday Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays including
statutory holidays. We usually only cancel Halloween night and Thanksgiving.
