FEES for Dancers will include the following
A $30 Registration Fee, plus $50 Non-refundable deposit to be applied to next year’s fees. Fees for classes are charged on a yearly basis, broken into 3 equal payments:
ALL post-dated cheques due into the office before the deadline of September 30th, or a $50 late fee will be levied.
Post-dated payments are due by Sept 30 as follows 1st Payment dated - Sept 1, 2010, 2nd Payment dated - Jan 1, 2011, 3rd payment dated - April 1, 2011, and 4th payment for costume dated December 1, 2010.
Fees include 36 classes per year includes instruction time, rehearsal, teachers time at competitions and picture day.
Students are not considered registered into classes unless all payments have been received.
The payment system bears no relationship to the number of classes in any given month.
Costume fees are due December 1, 2010
Costume fees are non-refundable. Dancers are responsible for the full cost of the costumes ordered on their behalf. Riverbend Dance pays many fees in advance for students, such as entry fees and costuming. We ask that you ensure that your account is paid up to date. Costumes will only be given out to students if their account is paid up to date.
Competition fees are due November 1st, 2010
A dancer entered into a competition or festival are responsible for the cost of their entry fee, paid in full prior to being submitted.
Termination/Withdrawl from class
Written notice submitted to the office is required.
Withdrawl notices must be submitted no later than one month prior to the beginning of each term (i.e. before December 1, 2010, or before March 1, 2011) or the next term fees will be processed and non-refundable
Service charge of $20 for all NSF cheques
Please Note: There are no refunds for missed classes or hoildays taken by a student during the scheduled dance term, however, students do have the option of taking another class at the same level if offered up to December. After this time, dances for groups have begun and we do not recommend taking another class. Classes will be held on ALL holiday Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays including statutory holidays. We usually only cancel Halloween night and Thanksgiving.
